Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email, and profile information when you register.
Lesson and subscription data needed to schedule classes, process payments, and support your account.
Limited technical data such as device, browser, and usage logs to keep the platform reliable and secure.
AI tutor conversation history, stored on your account to personalize feedback and continue past chats.

To provide and improve classes, scheduling, messaging, and billing features.
To communicate with you about bookings, account updates, and important policy changes.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To personalize your learning — what lessons you see, when reviews are scheduled, and what your AI tutor suggests.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information — encryption in transit and at rest, access logs, periodic audits.
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records (billing records, for example).

You can update account information in your profile settings at any time.
You can request account deletion by contacting support, or directly from Settings → Delete account.
EU and UK users: you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
California users: you have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sales (we don't sell data).

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
We use limited analytics (PostHog) to understand how the product is used and improve it.
We don't use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to ad networks.

Sotaque Brasileiro is intended for users 16 years and older. Users 13–15 may use the service with verified parental consent.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we've collected such data, contact us and we'll delete it.
