These terms govern your use of Sotaque Brasileiro. If you have questions, our support team is happy to help.

Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Sotaque Brasileiro is available to users 16 years and older. Users 13–15 may use the service with verified parental consent.

Lessons, booking, and cancellations
- Lesson availability is subject to teacher schedules shown in the platform.
- Cancellation and rescheduling windows follow the rules shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation.
- Repeated no-shows or abuse of scheduling features may lead to account restrictions.

Payments and subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed according to the interval and amount selected at checkout.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges related to your plan and usage.
- Free trials end automatically if you don't subscribe. We won't charge you after a trial without your explicit confirmation.

Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or violate applicable laws.
- You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer platform features except where allowed by law.
- AI tutor conversations should not include personal data of third parties without consent.

Intellectual property and content
- Platform branding, software, and materials are owned by Sotaque Brasileiro or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us permission to use it to operate the service.

Liability and termination
- Services are provided on an as-available basis within the limits allowed by law.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to users or the platform.
- Either party may end the relationship — you can cancel and delete your account anytime.

Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
- Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
